1. General information

1.1. By using the online store www.gardeners.lv, the Buyer confirms that they are aware of the provisions of the Privacy Policy. If the Buyer does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Seller requests the Buyer not to provide personal information to the Seller. In this case, the Buyer has limited opportunities to use the Online Store.

2.7. The Buyer has the right to request that his personal data be corrected, supplemented, its processing suspended or destroyed (deleted), if they are outdated and false, or if their further processing is not necessary. In this regard, the Buyer informs the Seller by notifying them via e-mail to [email protected].

2.8. Buyers' personal data is stored for no longer than required by law.
